Product Description
The Gravity cylinder Thickener is an essential piece of equipment in the pulp and paper industry, used for washing coarse pulp after cooking or bleaching. This machine utilizes a tilted slurry tank and a stainless steel (SS) cylinder to effectively concentrate and dehydrate pulp. The cylinder’s rotation, combined with a pressure zone created by a roller, facilitates efficient pulp dehydration, improving the quality and yield of the pulp. The filtrate is then drained into white water pipes, further optimizing water usage in the production process.
Product Advantage
Efficient Pulp Dehydration: The Gravity cylinder Thickener excels in concentrating and dehydrating pulp, ensuring high-quality output with improved yield.
Durable Stainless Steel Cylinder: The stainless steel cylinder offers enhanced durability, resistance to wear, and long-term reliability, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Optimized Water Usage: The machine efficiently separates the filtrate, directing it into white water pipes to be reused, which helps in conserving water and reducing operational costs.
Adjustable Slurry Control: Equipped with a slurry pipe valve, the machine allows for easy adjustment of the slurry flow to meet varying production needs.
Enhanced Pressure Roll System: The pressure roll, covered with rubber and fitted with a sealing groove, increases pressure on the mesh to ensure effective pulp dehydration and improved yield.
Versatile Applications: The Gravity cylinder Thickener is suitable for both post-cooking and post-bleaching pulp washing, offering versatility in various stages of pulp processing.
