Paper Machine Felt Suction Box

The structure design of the felt suction box/foil is a sealed structure. It is sucked by a vacuum pump to accelerate the drying of the paper, enhance the dehydration effect and the formation of the paper. Both ends of the panel are equipped with adjusting blocks to adjust the width of the suction opening of the paper sheet. The felt suction box is composed of a box body and a panel. The box body is made of stainless steel. The box body is annealed or moved to eliminate stress, reduce deformation, so as to ensure quality, and the surface is sandblasted to make the appearance beautiful and generous

According to different paper machines, different paper types, different speeds, customers can choose different panels.
