The membrane transfer sizing machine is used to paint glue on both side of paper surface simultaneously , its working speed can be up to 1000m/min, and its painting volume can be 0.5~3g/m2.

At working condition, its film is transferrable,its feeding hopper is whole sealed structure, the glue is precisely measured by metering pump then painted onto paper surface by painting roller, it could effectively prevent uneven liquid fluidity,make liquid painted well-distributed on both vertical & horizontal direction,reduce broken ends,therefore it can be working more smoothly with high efficiency.lts controlling system can be connected into general DCS system.
The main welding body of membrane transfer sizing machines is heat-treated of high temperature, in order to eliminate its welding stress.
