Product Description

The Broke Pulper is primarily designed to process various types of broke and waste paper in the paper pulp stock preparation process. It features a horizontally installed rotor that ensures heavy rejects sink to the bottom of the tank, effectively reducing slag loss and preventing screen hole blockages. The machine utilizes a specially designed rotor that circulates water, creating turbulence for efficient shredding and defibering. Paper enters through the top inlet, and well-defibered pulp flows out through a screen plate.
