Product Description
The Dryer Cylinder Hood is a crucial component in papermaking machinery, designed to improve the drying efficiency and quality of paper webs. It utilizes high-temperature, high-humidity gas to ensure consistent paper drying while maintaining the desired strength and stability. Operating with a dry bulb temperature of 80–85°C and a dew point temperature of 58–62°C, the hood guarantees uniform moisture removal across all drying sections.
Built with a modular closed structure, the hood comprises rust-proof aluminum plates and hard centrifugal glass wool insulation to minimize heat loss. Its tongue-and-groove connections prevent thermal bridging, while its anti-condensation features ensure drip-free operation.
Product Advantage
Enhanced Drying Efficiency: The Dryer Cylinder Hood maintains precise temperature and humidity conditions for uniform and effective drying.
Customizable Airflow: Adjustable longitudinal exhaust volume improves drying uniformity across different sections of the paper machine.
Energy Efficiency: The airtight "zero position" control prevents heat loss and reduces energy consumption.
Anti-Condensation Design: Equipped with air ducts and adjustable doors to eliminate dripping from the hood’s top.
Ease of Maintenance: Features electric lifting and sliding doors, along with a manual hoist for roller changing and paper feeding.
Safety Features: Includes a low-voltage lighting system and an automatic fire extinguishing system for enhanced operational safety.
Durable Construction: Made with corrosion-resistant aluminum plates and insulated panels to ensure long-lasting performance.
