Upflow pressure screen is a new recycled pulp screening equipment, which is designed and developed by our company through the digestion and absorption of the technology of the imported model machine and with reference to the data of the foreign advanced technology.
This equipment is designed to be upflow structure based on the characteristics of the impurities in the recycled pulp, and can be widely used in coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulps, as well as screening of pulp stock before entering the paper machine. It has good unparalleled performance and reliability and is a new generation of product used for recycled pulp with regard to the domestic pressure screens.
Feature of Upflow pressure screen:
1. It can be equipped with various forms of rotors according to the nature of the pulp stock.
2. It can be equipped with various forms of sieve drums, such as plain weave and corrugated sieve drums, and so on.
3. It is easy to clean, adjust, examine and disassemble the sieve drum and rotor.
4. The pulp is fed from the upper part and from the low part, avoiding the cross.
5. The steady base and open design can cause that the belts, belt pulleys and positioning bolts is easy to maintain and replace.
Advantage of Upflow pressure screen:
1. The required pressure for feeding pulp is low.
2. The light impurities and air are discharged rapidly from the tail pulp mouth at the top.
3. The heavy impurities are discharged into the heavy residue tank at the bottom of the screen, preventing the rotor and sieve drum from wearing and damaging, reducing the downtime.
4. High screening efficiency and short residence time of the impurities in the screening area can significantly reduce the possibility of the impurities cycle.
