The screen plate is an essential part of pressure screen equipment, a critical system in the pulp processing industry. Positioned within the pulper, the screen plate works in tandem with the stator and rotor to grind and mix pulp uniformly. Serving as a strainer, it effectively separates large, uncut particles from the pulp, collecting contaminants to prevent them from mixing with the processed pulp. This ensures that only clean pulp progresses to the next stage of production. Given its continuous operation in water, the screen plate is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, offering both durability and easy installation.
