Working principle of dissolved air flotation machine
Dissolved air flotation machine is a kind of air flotation. It uses the different solubility characteristics of water under different pressures to pressurize and add air to all or part of the water to be treated (or after treatment) to increase the amount of air dissolved in the water. , into the water with the coagulant added, and released under normal pressure, the air is precipitated to form small bubbles, which adhere to the impurity flocs, causing the overall density of the flocs to be lower than that of water and rise, thereby separating solid and liquid.
Dissolved air flotation machines are suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high color, high organic content, low oil content, low surface active substance content or with rich algae. Compared with other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact pool.
The advantage of the dissolved air flotation machine——
1. Under pressurized conditions, the air solubility is large, and the number of air bubbles used for air flotation is large, which can ensure the air flotation effect,
2. The dissolved gas is suddenly decompressed and released, and the generated bubbles are not only fine, uniform in particle size, high in density, but also stable in floating and have little disturbance to the liquid. Therefore, it is especially suitable for the solid-liquid separation of loose flocs and fine particles.
3. The technological process and equipment are relatively simple, the cost is low, and the energy consumption can be greatly saved.
4. The partial reflux treatment effect is remarkable, stable, and can greatly save energy consumption.
5. Small footprint, high water production per unit area, low moisture content of scum, no need to continuously scrape slag.
Scope of application:
Remove suspended solids, grease and various colloids in various industrial and municipal sewage, used in electroplating, chemical industry, papermaking.
