The Wire Felt Stretcher Tensioner Controller is a spindle-type tensioning system designed to monitor and regulate fabric tension in revolving felts. This advanced system uses integrated tension sensors to provide real-time data, ensuring continuous adjustment through a digital three-point controller. By comparing the actual tension value with the set target, the controller sends correction signals to the actuating drive, enabling precise tension increases or decreases as needed.

The system is highly versatile, allowing flexible mounting positions, with a preferred wrap angle of 180° for the stretch roller. To maintain optimal performance, wrap angle compensation is recommended if the stretch roller’s total wrap is less than 150°.
