Product Description
Pulper grapples are essential components in continuous pulping systems, designed to lift and remove heavy and light contaminants from the sediment well in pulp stock preparation. Constructed with a durable air cylinder, four reinforced tines, and a connecting rod, the grapple effectively collaborates with the sediment well to form a comprehensive cleaning system. During operation, the tines expand at maximum width to capture contaminants. When positioned above the pulp level, the grapple extracts light impurities, while below, it efficiently handles heavy contaminants. With a rated load capacity of up to 300 kg, these pulper grapples are designed for reliability in demanding pulp processing environments.
Product Advantage
Enhanced Performance: Pulper grapples work in tandem with a ragger and rope cutter, aiding in the removal and cutting of pulp-bound contaminants for smoother processing.
Block-Free Design: The extended movement range of the cutter minimizes blockages, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
High Cutting Power: Double hydraulic cylinders provide ample cutting force, delivering efficient handling and cutting of contaminants.
Robust Structure: The grapple features four tines, a lifting ring base, an air supply system with a pneumatic triad, and a two-position, four-way magnetic exchange valve for seamless operation.
Simplified Maintenance: Cleaned air and atomized oil flow smoothly through the air cylinder, ensuring long-lasting and efficient operation.
