Product Description
The Float Purger is a cutting-edge solution for producing high-quality pulp from waste paper. It efficiently separates light and heavy impurities, while simultaneously performing secondary fiber deflaking, making it ideal for coarse screening systems handling heavily contaminated waste paper, including long fibers and low-grade raw materials.
This machine features a durable conical shell with an advanced screen plate and impeller design. Pulp enters tangentially and is subjected to high-velocity spirals and centrifugal force. Heavy impurities are thrown to the outer walls and discharged, while light impurities concentrate at the center for removal. Accepted pulp passes through the screen plate for further processing, ensuring thorough cleaning and enhanced quality.
