The Double Layer Press Felt is an advanced press felt designed to enhance paper-making efficiency and quality. It features two structural options: the 1+1 composite structure and a double-layer MD yarn design. The 1+1 composite BOM combines two base materials of different thicknesses, customizable in size and construction to suit specific paper machine requirements.
This press felt offers exceptional properties such as high compression resistance, superior flexibility, excellent permeability, and outstanding size stability. It effectively eliminates vacuum, blind hole, and groove marks, making it ideal for various press types, including groove presses, vacuum suction presses, multi-presses, and large-diameter nip-roll presses. It is widely used in producing high-grade printing paper, newsprint, packaging paper, and premium paperboard.
