Calender Roll

During the calendering process, the paper is passed through high-pressure rollers, such as the Calender Roll, to achieve a mirror-like finish. After being coated with varnish and dried, the paper is heated, pressed, and cooled using a stainless-steel belt to create a specular reflection effect, significantly increasing its gloss.
